MAX Premium – E is a single-layered material designed for strength and clarity in orthodontic applications, specifically engineered for fabricating clear aligners and retainers. Crystal-clear, tough, elastic, hard, and break-resistant, this thermoforming film (copolyester) features an insulating film and excellent dimensional stability.

Compared to MAX Standard – E, the material is around 35% softer with correspondingly lower initial force and a feeling of tension during insertion. Due to the very flat memory loss curve, the effective force of MAX – E Premium lasts comparatively longer. With its superior stress retention and durability, it sets a new benchmark for teeth movement, retention performance, and crack resistance.

Designed for use with Biostar, MiniStar S, and Ministar thermoforming machines, it is ideal for fabricating clear aligners and retainers.
